Educational System

  • Yearly Lesson Plan, Term Plan, Unit and daily lesson plan is being carried out each year.
  • Curriculum, grid, teacher’s guide, model questions and extra exercise with reference books are the chief materials in teaching learning process.
  • Daily class supervision and observation (by supervisor, SMC members, principal,
    vice- principal, level heads and department heads) is carried on compulsorily.
  • Student centred (practical, participatory, activity based, project work) and democratic teaching
    learning process is being applied.
  • Research oriented works.
  • Use of educational indicators & accordingly reformation steps are taken.

Meeting and Interactive Programmes

  • Parents, guardians, teachers & administrative units meeting is organized according to the need.
  • Discussion, workshop, seminar and training for teaching learning improvement process is organized for the teachers’ knowledge & skill development.
  • SMC meeting , level heads, department wise, level wise & class teachers meeting are also organized according to the need.
  • Information to the parents and guardians is sent very often.
  • Questionnaire to the students and to the parents for the feedback.
  • Immediate response to the comments and suggestions.

Instruction and Counselling

  • Assembly instructions is given twice in a week & according to the need.
  • Use of cummulative records.
  • Use of counselling, guidance and case study for the special case.
  • Utilization of self resource persons of the institution and from outside as well.
  • Reward, award, prize, praise and recommendation certificates are given to the bright, sincere, skilled extra-talented and sound charactered pupils for the positive encourage - ment.

Evaluation SYSTEM

  • Unit, term, mid term and final examinations are held throughtout the academic year to evaluate the students’ achievement.
  • The term and final results are analysed by using the evaluative research form and the negative & positive findings from the analysis are used to reform the education system.
  • Special treatment is given for the poor and weak students.
  • Attitude, aptitude, intelligence, skill and knowledge tests are also being applied.
