Proposed School Building

We, the family of Grammar Foundation, is very much pleased to inform you that the Grammar Foundation has already decided to run Grammar Public Higher Secondary School from 2063. As you know the GPSS was established in 1993 and passed 13 years in this area providing qualitative education. Not only this, the institution has given some job opportunities, environmental and cultural awareness program to the society and economic benefits to the local area. The institution has 5 years SLC experience. Now we have experienced and reliable school managing team for the promotion of +2 programmes. As the demand of parents and guardians and the need of the time made us decide to run the +2 programmes and we have plan to run college and Degree level programs as well in the near future.

We run the institution applying the current approach and trend in the school management system with creative, dynamic, efficient and democratic leadership for the purpose of effective output of the system. To make more effective administrative procedure we give high priority on scientific organizational structure specializing administrative units.

After the completion of 10+2 course, Grammar Public Higher Secondary School (GPHSS) would make sound effort to

• provide qualitative and practical education.

• produce creative, dynamic, productive, efficient and civilized citizens for the development of the country.
• prepare suitable candidates for the further higher education nationally and internationally.

• provide different types of subject's knowledge and skill for their life career.

Co curricular:

• make more advance of their inner rooted potential talents in their respective areas.
• make them mentally, physically, emotionally and socially fit in the society

  Sports & Games:

  • Indoor and Outdoor games will be conducted according to the school calendar and need
• Entertainment and recreation programmes:
• Cultural programmes and other entertainment programmes will also be conducted for the students' refreshment and personality development.

Moral:

• produce sound and healthy natured and disciplined citizens.

Instructional Procedure:

• Yearly Lesson plan, Term, Unit and Daily lesson plans are compulsory.
• The students centered (practical, participatory, project works, role play, field work and field observation, report writing and presentation, discussion, interaction) teaching learning process ased on activities will be conducted and along with lecture, guest lecture, coaching in the democratic environment

Instructional development Program:

To make the teaching learning process smooth and more efficient and effective the following programs will be organized regularly.

• Parents-teachers meeting
• Discussion, workshop, seminar, training programs.
• SMC meeting, department wise meeting.
• Research oriented works.
• Use of educational indicators.
• Class supervision and observation.
• A sound academic advisory board will be providing continue guideline for the new educational trend and technology.

Evaluation and Feedback:

To evaluate the students' achievements the following tools will be used.
Unit and Term examinations Project works, class works homeworks and other academic activities as well will be managed.

Counseling and Guidance Service:

Counseling and guidance service will be regular to the needy individual students as well as group tudents for their improvement and development.

Teaching Staffs:

Qualified, trained, dedicated and experienced teachers will be managed for the qualitative education.

The students who have passed SLC or equivalent certificates from any board are eligible for the application for Class-XI. Entrance test will be managed and the students will be admitted on the merit basis.

The school will provide full, half and partial freeship for the students who are poor, marginalized, backward and intelligent according to the scholarship scheme of the school.

All the subjects prescribed by the Higher Secondary Education Board, (HMG's) Sanothimi Bhaktapur, will be sincerely applied along with other extra text books and reference books.

All the academic and extra co-curricular activities will be conducted systematically according to the school calendar. The Academic Session begins from the month of Shrawan. The regular classes run from Sunday to Friday in the Morning.

For +2 Programs, the Grammar Foundation has its own land and buildings and standard size of classrooms can be utilized.

Library:

A well facilitated library will be managed for all the students with adequate books for all the faculties. It will be developed as a modern information and communication center.

Laboratory :

Computer: As per the modern demand, sufficient numbers of computers will be available in the computer lab for the students' ease.

Science: Science stream will be started by the next year for which technically modern and well equipped laboratory will be managed in its own building for the 10+2 programme.

Instructional Materials:

Audio, Video, Projector and other necessary teaching aids in teaching learning process will be utilized and managed sufficiently.

Transportation:

The school will provide the facility of the luxurious transportation continuously.

A trimonthly Journal will be published to expose the students' potentiality in different sectors as well as school's academic activities.
