General Rules & Regulations

To the students

  1. The class is held from Sunday to Friday.
  2. All the students are required to turn up at the school by 9 .00 A.M.
  3. The percentage of the attendance is needed so as to be eligible to sit for the examination is 90%.
  4. If the student continues to be absent from the class for a month without giving information to the class teacher or the principal, his/her name will be struck off the rolls. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be produced.
  5. They must use English language as a medium of communition inside the school compound.
  6. Letters adressed to the pupils will be censored and destroyed if it is obectionable.
  7. The students are not allowed to :
    i) raise subscription ii) circulate books, magazines, papers
    iii) organize picnic, outgoing, errands, party and so on
    iv) give gifts to anybody v) have money dealingwithout the permission from the office.
  8. The result declared at the end of the final examination will be the final one.

To the parents

  1. Parents are requested to send their children to the school on the very first day after the school reopens with all necessary items for their classes.
  2. The promotion of students depends not only on their academic performance but conduct, behaviour and other activities are also taken into consideration.
  3. Students failed twice the same class will not be allowed to continue his/her study in the school.
  4. The school reserves the right to refuse admission, re-admission and suspend or expell any student.
  5. Pupils suffering from contageous diseases should not attend the school.
  6. Pupils losing or damaging any property of the school will have to pay for it.
  7. Parents are requested to be constantly in touch with the school and attend the programmes organized by the school.
  8. Itis, for the borders, obligatory to contact the hostel warden/matron and duly sign in the hostel register while taking the boarders back home and taking them back to the hostel.
  9. If the parents have any complaints, suggestions and recommendation to make regarding the health of their children, the food in the hostel, studies or anything else are free to meet the concerned teachers or the principal and discuss their problems.
  10. Parents are expected to co-operate to the school authorities and play their part by
    enforcing punctuality, discipline and study habits in their children.
  11. Suggestions and cooperation are always highly appreciated from the parents.
